Please complete the following application if you would like a USGA Handicap from Pinecrest Golf Club for the 2013 golf season. Please make checks payable to Pinecrest Golf Club in the amount of $40 and either leave your check with this application at the pro shop or mail it to the below address.
Please note, the $40 application fee is for a handicap only. If you want to play in tournaments or the Wednesday night league at Pinecrest you need to join the PMGA and pay a $50 fee which includes the handicap. Please click on our "Leagues" page for more information on the PMGA.
